An outline of the retreat day…..

9:00am - Introductions and guided walking meditation

9:30am - Opening Circle - Led by Leah

Step into a sacred circle of women and arrive fully—grounded, present, and supported. Through gentle silence and soulful journaling prompts, you’ll be guided inward to reconnect with your inner knowing. Listen deeply to what your soul is asking of you now: what’s ready to be released, what’s calling for your attention, and what truly matters. Through reflective questions, heartfelt sharing, and intuitive coaching, you’ll uncover clear intentions and plant the seeds for what’s next—rooted in purpose, and aligned with your why.

11:00am - Movement practice - Led by Nicole

Our bodies unintentionally hold energies of resistance in the tissues and the organs based on past experiences and negative thought patterns. This movement practice will help participants till the internal ’soil’ and make room to firmly plant the seed of intention that you have chosen as your focus. All bodies will find ways to participate in this practice of rooting down through the lower body and blossoming through the upper body, with a combination of gentle movement and periods of deep listening in stillness. No prior experience with yoga is necessary; participants are welcome to contact us with any concerns about physical limitations.

12:15pm - Lunch - Prepared by Nicole

lunch will be set out as a buffet and the meal will emphasize plant-based whole foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, crafted to be balanced, satisfying, and bursting with flavors. Water and tea will be available throughout the day. Where possible, we hope to honor any dietary restrictions of the participants.

1:15pm - Creative Expression - Led by Larissa

Creativity is a powerful tool for healing and transformation. Larissa leads us in intuitive creativity and painting to reawaken your inner creatress and nurture the seeds of your intention. Through guided intentional creativity exercises, you will connect with the wisdom of your inner knowing, that powerful center of yin energy within you. Exploring color, symbols, and imagery, you will plant the seeds on the canvas to bloom in your life. This is a deeply freeing, playful, and supportive process that requires no prior experience with art.

3:15pm - Closing Circle

we will culminate our day with a powerful, integrated journey—an invitation to weave everything you've experienced into your heart and body, and carry it forward with clarity and intention.

Retreat location….

The retreat will be held in and around The Nest, a cozy yurt on Neverdun Farm in Arundel Maine. At the edge of a field, in a forest, near the pond. Below are a few pictures so you can get a sense of the beauty you will be surrounded by.

Your retreat leaders….

Nicole French, RN, is on a mission to help people understand, appreciate, and make friends with their bodies. Her years of study in anatomy, yoga, fascia, and energy medicine ensure that her offerings are diverse, while her nursing background and personal health experiences help her relate to the ways people experience pain, dysfunction, and overwhelm. Fueled by endless curiosity about the human body, she shares her wisdom through health coaching, meditations, movement, and cooking classes that educate and empower. Her current focus as a Menopause Coaching Specialist is to support women navigating the physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges of midlife.

Larissa’s creative path unfolded during a season of profound change—leaving behind a career in graphic design and navigating the shifting roles of motherhood, she felt a deep call to reconnect with her true self. A dream revealed painting as her path to healing, and what began as a personal practice became a sacred journey of intuition, presence, and transformation. As an expressive artist and certified Creatively Fit Coach, Larissa now guides women in midlife through retreats that invite deep reflection, creative awakening, and soulful reconnection. Her greatest joy is witnessing the breakthroughs that happen when women allow themselves to create, to feel, and to remember who they really are.

Leah has an innate ability to see peoples unique beauty and guide them to reconnect with the truth of who they are. She is a Certified Sacred Depths Transformational Coach, as well as a Reiki Master, EFT Practitioner and Core Gift Facilitator. Leah's core gift if helping others to lead their life from their heart! She guides her clients to seek their own counsel so they can discover their inner knowing and follow their authentic path in life.  Leah's own healing journey has been deeply supported by nature, inquiry, ritual and ceremony and she brings these tools in to support healing on all levels, mind, body, and soul.
